Renaissance Yeast to Introduce Brioso at Unified — New H2S-preventing Yeast Strain for Pinot Noir
Vancouver, BC — Renaissance Yeast Inc. is pleased to introduce Brioso, the newest addition to its family of classically developed hydrogen sulfide (H2S)-preventing wine yeasts, to winemakers at the 2015 Unified Wine & Grape Symposium. Unified will take place January 27-29 at the Sacramento Convention Center in California.
Brioso (pronounced bree-oh-so) is an Italian musical term meaning to perform with vigor, spirit, jest and energy; to make a composition full of life. Specializing in enhancing fruity flavors and aromas, Brioso is ideally suited to producing high-quality, complex and spicy red wines – specifically Pinot Noir.

The 2015 Unified Wine & Grape Symposium (http://www.unifiedsymposium.org/) is the largest wine and grape trade show and conference in the United States, featuring more than 700 exhibitors and over 14,000 attendees last year.
