Renaissance Yeast to Exhibit at SIMEI wine trade show in Milan, Italy, November 3–6, 2015

Vancouver, BC  — Renaissance Yeast Inc. is pleased to announce that it will attend the 26th International Enological and Bottling Equipment Exhibition (SIMEI) being held November 3–6 in Milan, Italy.  SIMEI 2015 ( is the largest enological tradeshow in the world, featuring 700 exhibitors from 27 countries, and 48,000 attendees from 90 countries, together in 80,000 square feet of exhibit space.

“SIMEI 2015 is an excellent opportunity for Renaissance to make contact with many wine producers and meet up with many of our friends in one of the world’s great wine-producing regions,” said Dr. John Husnik, CEO of Renaissance Yeast Inc.

At SIMEI, Renaissance Yeast will have samples of commercial wine made with the company’s H2S-preventing yeast available for tradeshow visitors to sample and compare with wines made using traditional yeast. The sensory difference is something winemakers will notice right away. Many wineries around the globe have been using Renaissance Yeasts with great success.

Dr. John Husnik, CEO, and Renaissance Yeast representatives will be available at the company’s booth at Pavilion 11, Stand U12 to meet wine professionals and answer questions throughout the tradeshow.
